Came around on celebrity live-stream fumbles after seeing one too many
I always thought it was pretty lame when celebrities would go live and then have a technical meltdown. Used to scroll right past those clips. But then I caught a stream where a musician accidentally played a rough demo instead of the finished song. The chat exploded with jokes, but she just laughed it off and kept going. It struck me that these aren't fails, they're just unscripted moments in a very scripted world. In roofing, a mistake means a leak, for them, it means a meme. Now I kinda look forward to the next cringe worthy live. It's more honest than any polished post.

Honestly, does it take pressure off them too? They must feel like they can't ever slip up, so maybe these live mess-ups are a weird relief for everyone.

Oh totally! I saw a clip last week where an actor forgot the name of their own movie during an interview. The way they facepalmed and the whole room cracked up was way better than some stiff press tour. It's like you said, that raw moment cuts through all the fake polish. I used to think it was embarrassing but now it's the only part I watch for. Makes them seem like actual people instead of PR robots.
