A warning about live streaming before you've had your coffee
So last Tuesday morning, actor Ben Miller went live on Instagram right after he woke up, I guess to chat with fans. He was still in bed, hair everywhere, and clearly forgot he was live because he started arguing with his dog about getting off the pillow. The whole thing was maybe three minutes, but he was mumbling about his 'stupid, beautiful dog' and trying to bribe it with a treat he couldn't find. Then his phone fell over and we got a solid minute of his ceiling fan before he figured it out and ended the stream. The clip is everywhere now. It's a funny fail, but it's a solid reminder to double-check your apps before you start talking to yourself online. Has anyone else seen a celebrity accidentally go live like that?

Oh man, that feeling when you realize you've been live is the worst. Total sympathy for the guy, we've all been there half-awake. At least it was just a dog and not something way more embarrassing.

Nah, @william_henderson, I'd be way more embarrassed about the dog thing honestly.

Wait, was it a dog though? I thought the video showed a cat sneaking into frame and knocking over a coffee mug. Maybe I'm misremembering the whole thing but I swear I saw a tail flick and a paw nudge. Either way, being half asleep and live streaming to even a small audience is rough. At least nobody saw anything they couldn't unsee, like a full on wardrobe malfunction or something.
