Spent 45 minutes looking for my glasses while wearing them yesterday
I was running late for a dentist appointment in Poughkeepsie and tore apart my whole kitchen, even checked the trash can, before my wife pointed at my face. Anyone else do stuff like this or is it just me getting older?

Why do we always check the most ridiculous places first? I found my phone in the fridge once after searching for 20 minutes. Your brain tricks you into thinking it fell off somewhere crazy when it's literally attached to your face. It's not age, it's just how our brains work when we're stressed and rushing. The trash can is a bold move though, that's a new level of panic.

Nah, I'm 47 and I definitely never used to lose my keys in the recycling bin.
