Caught my sister lying about her 'fitness journey' with a 3 year old gym pic

Last week my sister posted a progress pic claiming she'd been hitting the gym for 2 months straight. I reverse searched it and found the same photo from 3 years ago on her old Facebook, complete with the same hair color. She tried to say it was a 'throwback to show the start' but the caption clearly said 'day 60 progress'. I texted her the old screenshot and she just replied 'lol okay you got me'. Has anyone else caught a family member recycling old content for clout like this?

Is it really worth all that effort to track down a gym pic and call her out? People stretch the truth on social media all the time, and she already admitted it when you pushed her. Maybe let her have her little win, even if it's not fully real, since nobody's really hurt by it.
