That knife stretch trick on seams... I see too many guys doing it wrong

I used to think it didn't really matter how you did it as long as the seam laid flat, but after watching a few folks mess up nice material I'm totally on your side now. There's a big difference between just slicing the threads and actually controlling the tension so it doesn't pucker or pull. Maybe it's just me but I feel like most people rush it and end up with a mess.

Watched a buddy tear a whole panel trying to do it fast, definitely a lesson learned for me too.
