Swapped from knee kickers to power stretchers on every job

Used to think knee kickers were fine for most rooms. Then I did a 15x20 living room last year and the seams started peaking after 3 months. Homeowner called me back and I realized I just wasn't getting enough tension. Now I use a power stretcher even on small rooms and I haven't had a callback since. Anyone else make this switch or still running with the old way?

Did you try adjusting the knee kicker pressure before switching?

That knee kicker pressure is everything honestly. I've had jobs where I was about to rip the whole floor up before I realized I just wasn't putting enough weight into it. A lot of people don't realize you gotta really lean into it and let the tool do the work. If the pressure is too light you'll be fighting it all day and get a crap result. Once you find that sweet spot it's night and day difference.

Oh for sure @robin_roberts84, that pressure tweak can make or break the whole job.
