Just realized those magnetic wristbands for holding nails are not a gimmick

I always thought they were for people who couldn't keep a nail in their mouth, but after a full day of installing cedar siding, my shoulder wasn't killing me from reaching for my pouch. How many of you have actually given one a shot?

Dude, total game changer. I fought getting one for years, called it a crutch. Now I feel dumb for all the time I wasted.

I mean, the mouth thing is a legit trick though. The wristband is just way more sanitary.

Honestly the safety angle gets overlooked. Fumbling for a nail in a pouch is one thing, but dropping one from a ladder because your hands are full is a whole different story. That little magnet just makes everything a bit less sketchy up there.
