Daily stretches made my framing back pain go away

I had awful back pain after framing houses for a long time. A guy on my crew showed me his simple stretch routine. I started doing it every morning before work. Now my back feels much better and I can work all day without hurting. It is amazing how a few minutes of stretching helps so much. What kind of stretches or health habits work for you all?
