Can we talk about cheap table saw blades? I wasted $60 on a set that burned through oak.
I bought a 3-pack of no-name blades from a big box store for $60 because I thought I was saving money. First cut on 1-inch red oak, the blade wobbled so bad it left burn marks and took forever to get through. I ended up buying a $45 Freud blade that cut cleaner and faster, and now I'm out $105 total. Has anyone else gotten burned by bargain blades, or did I just pick a bad brand?
