Spent 8 months avoiding the wrong problem in my business
Turns out the time I spent trying to fix my website traffic was never going to matter because my pricing was way off. Anyone else waste way longer than you'd expect on the wrong thing?

Did you also have that moment where you look back and realize you'd basically been polishing a turd for 8 months? I once spent a whole quarter obsessing over my email subject lines thinking that was why nobody was opening them. Turns out people just didn't want what I was selling in the first place. Classic case of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Man that is rough but honestly I bet it happens way more than people admit. I spent like six months tweaking my product descriptions thinking that was the magic bullet when really I just needed to talk to customers and figure out what they actually wanted. It stings to look back at all that time and energy going into the wrong thing. Feels like you're spinning your wheels but you don't even know you're in the wrong gear yet. At least you caught it eventually and didn't just keep going down that dead end road.
