Serious question, I saw a weird job posting at a coffee shop in Austin

I was at a coffee shop on South Congress last Friday and saw a flyer for a 'Chief Vibes Officer' role at a startup. The job description was all about managing company culture and employee happiness, but the pay was listed as $45,000 a year. That seems really low for a leadership title with that much responsibility. Has anyone here actually taken a job with a quirky title like that? I'm curious if the experience was worth it or if it was just a way to underpay for important work.

Used to think those titles were cool until I saw the pay.

Skip the cute title and ask about real responsibilities and budget.

Right, because a boring title makes the low pay better somehow. Christopher_wells4 gets it.
