Hit 500 job applications this week without a single interview offer

I started counting back in January after I got laid off from a warehouse job in Phoenix. Kept a little tally on my wall. Figured the number would be a wake up call or a milestone or something. 500 applications, 0 callbacks, 0 interviews. Saw the number and just sat there. Is this normal for certain fields or am I doing something that obvious I can't see it?

Yeah 500 is rough but at this point the resume itself might be the problem.
