Guy at a networking event in Denver told me my handshake was 'too firm' and it threw me off for the rest of the night
He pulled me aside after we swapped cards and said I was coming off aggressive, which never crossed my mind since I thought a solid grip showed confidence, and now I'm second guessing every first impression I make in interviews.

Got told at a family dinner I chew too loud like a horse eating apples. Still not sure if that was worse than being asked to tone down my laugh at a funeral.
