It pointed out that a lot of them use the same sad music and lighting, and they always mention how much they've "learned" without actually saying what specific actions they changed. The necklace thing is such a good catch though. I remember seeing this one gamer who got caught using slurs, and in his comeback stream he kept emphasizing how he was "diving into books about empathy." But then someone found out he just bought the books and never read them, they were still in the plastic wrap on his shelf behind him. It's always those little details, you know?
