Tried un-canceling a creator after 3 weeks, got a weird result

Last month I decided to give that fitness influencer in Austin another shot after the whole drama about her fake transformation photos. She posted a pretty solid apology video, so I figured why not, people deserve a second chance. Turns out she was still using the same old editing app to stretch her waist in every thumbnail, just more subtle about it. Did anyone else try to forgive someone and then catch them doing the exact same thing, or am I just too observant for my own good?

Saw a clip the other day where some video editing expert broke down how these fitness folks use the same slimming tool over and over, right down to the preset. Three weeks is barely enough time for most people to change a habit, let alone their whole brand. Honestly, I think forgiving someone is fine, but you gotta watch what they do next, not what they say in an apology video. The second you see that warped background or wobbly line, you know it's the same playbook. It's like they think we forget or just don't zoom in on the before and after shots. You're not too observant, you're just paying attention, which is more than most of us do.
