That whole Gina Carano thing still bugs me a year later
Everyone cheered when she got dropped from The Mandalorian after those Instagram posts, but I hit 10 episodes in season 2 and realized her character carried half the emotional weight of the show. The scenes felt flat after they wrote her off, and I don't think one bad take should erase years of solid acting work. Am I the only one who thinks cancellation went too far on that one?

One bad take? She compared being a conservative in Hollywood to being Jewish during the Holocaust, that's not just some random opinion that's a disgusting false equivalence that cheapens real suffering.

Yeah, the "worse than the Holocaust" thing is definitely way over the line. I get what @the_robin was asking though, sometimes talking to people directly can clear things up, but in this case it sounds like she doubled down on Twitter. Hard to reason with someone who compares their career setbacks to genocide, you know?
