That apology video had way too many cuts, did anyone count them?

I was ready to give that YouTuber the benefit of the doubt after their 14 minute apology about the charity scandal, but the editing was so choppy it felt like they filmed it in 3 second bursts. Then I noticed their eyes never blinked in the same direction twice, which is weird but not proof of anything. Has anyone actually fact checked their receipts from that GoFundMe page, or are we all just going on vibes this week?
