That old Polaroid from the thrift store taught me something about light seals
I grabbed a beat-up Polaroid 250 from a garage sale in Denver for 5 bucks, figuring I'd practice on it. After peeling off the old foam seals with a toothpick, I realized those little paper strips are way more critical than I ever gave them credit for. Anyone else ever mess up a seal replacement and have to start over cause you cut the strips too thin?

Ha! I cut mine so thin they looked like dental floss, wasted a whole pack of film before I figured it out.

Did you use a seal kit or just cut your own?

Oh for sure, I just freehanded it with my eyes closed and a butter knife. Worked like a charm until it didn't lol
