Spent 3 days fighting a drawer that kept jamming, the fix was one stupid screw

Built a set of kitchen cabinets for my sister in law's place over in Maplewood. Everything went fine except one drawer in the base cabinet. It would slide in smooth then catch about 2 inches before fully closed. Drove me nuts. I sanded the sides, waxed the slides, checked for square, even swapped the runners for a different brand. Took me 3 full afternoons after work. Finally I pulled the drawer out and looked at the back panel. There was a little screw poking out maybe 1/16 of an inch from where I mounted the false front. That screw was just barely catching the cabinet frame on the way in. One turn with a screwdriver and it's been perfect for 2 weeks. Has anyone else had a tiny fastener cause a nightmare like that? Or am I the only one who checks everything except the obvious?
