Honestly, this is such a good tip. I switched to mitered doors on my last few builds and my total time dropped like crazy. Tbh I was skeptical at first cause I thought they'd be harder to fit, but once you get the hang of it the whole process just flows way smoother. Ngl, I even tweaked my router setup a bit for cleaner cuts and now I'm never going back to standard doors.

That bit about tweaking your router setup is catching my interest, what exactly did you change on it? I've been fighting with tearout on maple ply and I'm wondering if you ran into that too, @the_adam.
