Hit 500 drawer boxes this month and my body is screaming at me

I mean, I've been building cabinets for about 6 years now and never really counted what I crank out in a month. But our shop got a big order for a custom kitchen in Portland and I was on drawer duty almost nonstop. Did the math Friday and it was exactly 500 boxes. My back is wrecked, my shoulder clicks when I lift my arm, and I'm pretty sure my right hand is permanently stuck in a clamp position. Has anyone else had a milestone like this where you realize you're pushing way too hard?

Ngl that's a recipe for destroying your body long term.

Eh, you're not wrong @pat_coleman but some of us have been doing manual stuff forever and our bodies adapt if you take care of it right. Just gotta stretch and not go full ham every day.
