Finished my 100th drawer box today and it felt weirdly good

I keep a little tally on the inside of my tool cabinet, and I just marked number 100. It's not even a big job, just a run of simple maple boxes for a kitchen remodel. But seeing that number made me realize how much faster and cleaner my dovetails have gotten since I started. The first ten took me forever and needed a lot of filler. Has anyone else hit a random count that made you stop and smile?

Hold up, that's not how the story goes. Pinocchio needed to prove himself brave, truthful, and unselfish. It wasn't about a number of good deeds. The whole point was about character, not hitting some random count. Getting that wrong misses the message of the tale.
