Spent $80 on a 'vibe check' workshop and now I'm hearing the term everywhere

I paid for this online class about reading a room, and now I notice my friends using 'vibe check' to describe everything from a party to a work email, which feels like it blew up overnight.

Yeah, it's like that phrase just infected everyone's brain. My cousin started saying "vibe check" for every minor decision last month. Now I can't unhear it either.

Man that's the worst when a phrase gets stuck like that. My friend kept saying "it is what it is" for everything, even when his car broke down. After a while you just start hearing it in your own head. Makes you want to scream.
