I finally looked up what 'glazing' means after seeing it all over my feed from kids in Ohio.

I used to think it was just a weird typo, but now I know it's a whole thing about obsessive, cringey praise, and honestly, it explains a lot about the comments on certain fan accounts.

My little cousin spent like 200 bucks of his birthday money on "superchats" for some Fortnite guy last month. He was typing paragraphs in chat every stream, defending the guy like it was his job. The streamer didn't even read his name out once. It's a whole different level of parasocial.
