Heard 'glazing' used in a totally new way on a Twitch stream last night
Honestly, I thought it was about donuts at first, but the streamer kept saying it to mean giving someone too much praise online. Ngl, I looked it up and it's blowing up on TikTok right now, mostly in fan communities. Anyone else run into this one, or is it just a gaming thing?

Yeah, that one's everywhere now, not just gaming. It basically means laying it on way too thick with compliments, like you're coating someone in verbal icing. I had to explain it to my little cousin last week because her group chat was full of it. The trick is, if you call someone out for glazing, you better be ready for them to say you're just jealous. It's the new "dickriding" but somehow even more annoying.

Ugh, it's just a new coat of paint on the same old fake hype. People have been doing this since forever, they just gave it a new name.
