Heard a guy at the Austin barber shop say his fade was "quiet quitting" and I can't stop thinking about it
We were talking about how his hair was growing out uneven on purpose and he just shrugged and said it was quiet quitting the haircut. Is this a real term people use now or did he make it up on the spot?

My brother in law does the exact same thing and calls it "letting it cook." He hasn't had a real cut since like March and the sides are just doing whatever they want back there. His girlfriend finally told him it looks like a helmet and he said he was going for a "lived in" look. I feel like guys are just giving up on barber shop trips and making up names for it so it sounds on purpose.
