Caught my kid saying 'mid' and realized I was the one who said it first

Actually I found the stat that stuck with me on a linguistics blog: about 70% of new slang terms in the last decade started with people over 30, not teens. I thought it was all TikTok and Zoomers, but apparently grown adults are the real source, we just don't notice ourselves saying it. That really surprised me because I always assumed my daughter's words came from her friends, not from me. Now I'm listening to myself more and catching all these little phrases I don't even remember learning, like 'no cap' and 'lowkey'. So my question is, what's a term you accidentally introduced to someone younger and then felt weird about? Or is there one you're definitely denying ever using?
