Spent 8 hours reconciling a bank statement that should have taken 30 minutes.

Was dead set that my spreadsheet was right and the bank made a mistake. Nope. Turned out I had a cell in my formula referencing the wrong column. One tiny typo. Cost me a whole Saturday. Has anyone else had a single spreadsheet error eat up an entire day?

Sometimes forcing it to recalculate will reveal the hidden error.

Same thing with fixing old cars or old code. Banging on it a second time can shake something loose. Just like checking your math homework twice.

Wish my brain had a recalculate button after I hit send on a dumb email.
