Spent $700 on a used carpet cleaner for my rental, made $80 back and a new enemy
The tenant in unit 2B left a pet stain the size of a pizza, so I grabbed a used Rug Doctor off Marketplace for $700, thinking I'd flip it after one job. Turns out the thing leaked more than the dog did, and I paid a pro $250 anyway, so does anyone actually make money on these, or am I just bad at this?
