Remember when we tracked invoices on paper ledgers?
Back in 2007 at my first bookkeeping job in Tulsa, we had a giant binder with carbon copies for every single invoice, and a mistake meant white-out and a whole new sheet. Now I just snap a photo of a receipt with my phone and QuickBooks files it before I even sit down at my desk. Do you ever miss the physical paper trail or is digital just better for catching errors fast?
