My local hardware store's sales went up 40% after they started a simple loyalty program... I saw the numbers myself when I helped my uncle with his taxes last month.

Know exactly what you mean. My cousin runs a small garden center and he was ready to close up. Started a punch card thing for free bags of soil, and it totally turned things around. It's not luck, it's just giving people a real reason to come back. Feels like a lot of owners get stuck thinking it has to be some big, fancy plan.
