Vent: I spent $45 on a fancy pen set and it's been a total waste

I saw a set of four brush pens online last month and thought they'd make my weekly spreads look amazing. I tried to use them for my habit tracker, but the ink bled through the pages of my journal. Now they just sit in a cup on my desk because they're too messy for my daily notes. Has anyone found a good pen that doesn't bleed on regular dotted paper?

My Muji gel pens never bleed on my Leuchtturm. I switched to those after a brush pen disaster last year. They're cheap and the ink dries fast.

Just get a normal pen.

The 0.38mm Muji pens are the exact ones I have scattered in three different bags right now. I bought a ten-pack at the store last year and I keep finding them everywhere, like little gel pen Easter eggs. It's become a problem because I'll be looking for my keys and instead I find another blue Muji pen I forgot about. But hey, they do write really nice on standard copy paper too (not that I'm condoning office supply theft or anything).
