Swore by daily habit trackers for 2 years until I missed a week and felt worse about myself
I dropped my bujo for like 10 days during a work trip to Austin last month and realized I was more stressed about the empty boxes than actually getting anything done, so I swapped to just writing down 3 things I finished each day instead and the relief was immediate, has anyone else ditched the tracker method for something simpler?

Did the 3 things thing actually stick" is a solid question. I actually went through three different simpler versions before one finally worked for me, and it wasn't the "3 things" one. For me, the tracker method failed because it was about future obligations - what I wanted to do - but the real shift happened when I made my system purely backward-looking, like a gratitude list for tasks. I ended up doing a "what went well today" list on sticky notes, no numbers attached, just little wins like "ate lunch without scrolling" or "didn't lose my keys." Your mileage may vary, but the key was removing any expectation of consistency from the equation completely.

Did the 3 things thing actually stick or do you find yourself slipping back into wanting to track more stuff again?
