Switched from a weekly spread to a monthly log and my whole system finally clicked
I kept cramming every task into a fresh weekly layout for 8 months before admitting the monthly log was doing all the real work, so I dropped the weekly entirely last Tuesday and now I actually finish what I plan, has anyone else cut a spread they thought they needed?
