My sleep bujo log showed me to ditch my phone at night
I started writing down when I slept and how I felt the next day. Looking at the notes, I saw that using my phone in bed messed up my sleep. Do you track anything to improve your rest?

I charge mine in the living room now (game changer for sleep).

Yeah the "game changer for sleep" thing is smart. I'm over here with my phone, tablet, and smartwatch all charging on my nightstand like a little tech graveyard. I guess I'm just committed to the blue light glow.

You call it a tech graveyard, but what's the real reason you keep all that stuff by your bed? Is it just easy, or does having your devices close by actually help you sleep somehow? I know some people need their phone for alarms or to feel safe. But then you're bathing in blue light all night, which hurts your sleep. Have you ever tried charging them in another room, even for a week, to see if it makes a difference? Or is the glow kinda comforting in a weird way?
