My habit tracker went from messy to clean in just 2 weeks
I started bullet journaling back in September but my habit tracker was always a jumbled mess. I tried a simple line method last month and wow, it made a huge difference. Instead of boxes, I drew a single line for each habit and filled in a square for each day I did it. After 14 days, I could actually see my progress without squinting at tiny grids. The change came from switching to a vertical layout with space between each row. Has anyone else found a tracker format that clicked for them after trying a few?

The single line method was my fix too, I switched to a column layout with just checkmarks instead of filling in squares and it stopped looking like a total mess after day three.

The vertical layout was the game changer for me too. I tried the grid boxes at first and it looked like a mess after a few days. Switching to a single line per habit with just a dot for each day I did it made everything way clearer. I also added a little space between each row so it doesnt all blur together. After two weeks I could actually spot which habits I was skipping and which ones felt automatic. Its wild how a simple swap in how you draw things can make you stick with it longer.
