My thrift store scrapbooking spree proved everyone wrong

People always say you gotta spend big on fancy papers and stickers for good scrapbooks. I switched to only using cheap finds from garage sales and thrift stores. Now my pages have way more personality, and I pocket like $40 each month. Honestly, the low cost push made me way more inventive than any kit could.

Read in a craft mag that fabric swatches make pages feel more personal... like a memory you can touch.

Scored a whole box of fabric scraps for $2 at a yard sale. Mixing textures like that gives your pages a cool 3D effect without the craft store price.

Fabric really does make projects feel more real, @king.richard.
