That's just how they get you. The advertised rate never includes all the extra fees and charges. Welcome to Rome, I guess.

Oh man, my buddy got hit with that last year. He booked a "budget" rental car online for like twenty bucks a day. Showed up and the final bill was triple. They got him with every fee they could think of.
