Swapped my $4 frozen lasagna for a $9 batch I make myself, 6 servings and it actually tastes good
Finally did the math last month and realized I was burning almost $80 a month on single frozen dinners here in Tulsa. One Sunday batch of homemade lasagna costs me about $9 total and feeds me 6 nights, plus I use the cheap oven ready noodles and just load it with whatever ground meat is on sale. Anyone got a good freezer friendly recipe that holds up past day 4? Mine gets kinda watery by then.
