Question about a cheap dinner debate I had with my neighbor
He said a $2 box of mac and cheese with hot dogs is the best cheap meal, but I think a $3 bag of rice and a can of beans makes way more food. Which side are you on?

Oh man, what did you make? I'm always looking for new ideas. Like, did you throw in a frozen chicken and have it ready in an hour, or go full meal with potatoes and everything? I need details, my go-to is just plain chili.
