My vegetarian neighbor called lentils poor people food and it made me rethink everything

She called it "poor people food" which is kind of harsh but also maybe your neighbor just has weird hang ups about food. It sounds like she's the one who should rethink her spending if she's dropping $60 on fake meat while you're eating well for ten bucks.
