Oh man that's such a solid tip. It's funny how the simplest stuff ends up being the most useful. I've noticed that pattern in a bunch of things - like how everyone tries complicated meal plan systems or fancy containers, but freezing rice is literally just putting it in a bag and tossing it in the freezer. Works every time too. It's kind of like how people overthink fixing things around the house when half the time a little common sense and trial and error does the job. My buddy spent $50 on some fancy meal prep containers last month and his freezer rice still came out terrible because he didn't let it cool first. I've been just using the same old ziploc bags and never had an issue. Honestly half the "hacks" you see online are just people trying to sell you stuff you don't need. The real ones are the stuff your grandma figured out 40 years ago by accident.
