Frozen veggie bags beat fresh for my meal prep, no contest
I compared fresh spinach and broccoli from Safeway to the $1.29 frozen bags over 4 weeks, and frozen kept texture way better in my stir fries. Why would anyone pay triple for stuff that wilts by Thursday, right?

Honestly, I read some article about how flash freezing locks in the nutrients better than fresh that's been sitting on a truck for days. Made me feel a lot less guilty about the bags in my freezer.
