Used to defend Starbucks every time they messed up an order, but that union busting video from last week changed my mind.

I saw the clip of them closing a store right after workers voted to unionize, and it finally clicked for me that they don't care about customers at all. Has anyone else stopped going after seeing something like that?

...and that's exactly when I finally walked away for good. I switched to making my own coffee at home, and honestly it's saved me a lot of money and hassle. If you're on the fence, try a local shop instead - they usually get orders right and treat their workers decently. That video just made me realize I was paying for bad service and bad ethics at the same time.
