Unpopular opinion: That juice company's 'apology' for the moldy bottles took 4 days and made me angrier

They finally posted a video saying 'we hear you' after ignoring everyone, but it felt totally fake. Anyone else think brands just wait for things to blow over now?

Four days is pretty fast for a big company to get a real answer out. Their video was probably just the first step, right?

Holly_walker76 might be right about the speed, but waiting four days to say "we hear you" is like me finally cleaning my fridge after the science experiments start walking out. The video felt like they just read from the crisis management playbook without any real care. Brands totally bank on us getting tired and moving on to the next outrage. It makes the whole apology seem like a box they needed to check, not something they actually meant.

That fridge analogy is funny but honestly, four days is nothing. Their legal team probably needed every hour to even approve that video script. Most big companies take weeks to even admit a mistake.
