That time a burger chain replied to my 2am tweet with a joke about my dead phone
I tweeted at them at 2am in Cleveland just venting that my fries were cold, and their social guy sent back "sounds like a you problem" from the official account, which got 40k likes before they deleted it. Anyone else ever get a brand clapping back at them personally, or was I just the lucky one that night?
