That 'pro' webinar on crisis management set me back $300 for nothing
Signed up for a webinar last month from some PR guru who claimed to fix brand disasters. Cost me $300 and it was just 2 hours of him bragging about clients he worked with 10 years ago. No actual steps, no templates, just a sales pitch for his $2000 coaching program. Anyone else get burned by one of these online courses that promise the world?

Did you at least get a recording or something? I paid $250 for a "social media crisis bootcamp" and it was literally the guy reading his own blog posts out loud in a monotone voice. Zero Q&A, just him talking about "my framework" over and over. Worst part is he kept saying "this is proprietary" whenever anyone asked for a real example. I could have found better advice in a Reddit thread honestly.
