Spent $400 on a crisis PR consultant after a tweet went wrong and it either saved my business or was a total waste

Honestly $400 sounds cheap for a crisis PR person, might be the best deal you ever got or the worst. But here's the thing - if you had to hire someone to clean up a tweet mess, you probably already knew you needed help. Either they stopped a slow bleed or you just paid for something you could have done with a simple "my bad" and a day of silence. I'd bet it saved your business because most people don't blow 400 bucks on something unless they're actually scared. Then again, maybe the consultant just read you some prewritten apology lines off Google. Hard to tell without knowing what the tweet was, but man I'm curious now.

And honestly @jakel36 you're probably right, $400 is just the price of admitting you panicked and couldn't type "sorry my bad" fast enough. Either way the consultant got paid and now you're the one who has to live with knowing your tweet was that bad.
