PSA: I actually think that coffee chain's apology for the moldy beans was handled okay
They pulled the batch from 12 stores in Austin within 4 hours and gave a full refund plus a $5 voucher, which seems like a direct fix. Am I the only one who thinks the online pile-on was way bigger than the actual mistake?
