Pro tip: I used to think a brand's apology video was a good move, but after watching that camping gear company's 7-minute 'explanation' last week, I'm convinced they make things worse 90% of the time.

Totally agree, but I'd bump that number up to like 99%. That video was a masterclass in making it worse.

It's everywhere now, right? Someone tries to fix a simple problem and just adds five new ones. Like when a company updates an app you use every day and the new layout makes it impossible to find anything. Or when a friend tries to help you move a couch and they just end up wedging it in the doorway forever.

Remember that time I tried to fix a wobbly table leg? Ended up taking the whole thing apart and it's still in my garage in pieces. Sometimes the best fix is just leaving it alone.
